Know the difference
Don’t make the mistake of using your MMA foam matting for weighted gym areas, thats what rubber is for! Our 1 meter² interlocking heavy duty rubber mats are highly durable and purpose built for weight lifting gyms. This type of flooring can take impact from metal weights however we wouldn’t recommend human impact.
MMA Mats on the other hand are designed to absorb a lot more impact from martial arts and falls however we wouldn’t recommend slamming weights on there as they have 2 different purposes.
